POLICIES and ORDERING
Privacy - We keep all customer information confidential and do not sell information.
Returns - Any article returned within the first 30 days in unopened, sellable condition is eligible for a refund, exchange or credit. Opened food products are not returnable.
Shipping - All orders are shipped within 2 business days. You can order online through the website or you can fax an order in to 619-280-4710. We are also happy to accept mail orders with credit cards or checks/money orders.
All items have been given a fixed US shipping price. Books go Media Mail, small items go 1st Class or Priority, and heavier items go UPS Ground. If you are purchasing more than 3 items, there might be a cheaper option and if so, we will refund the difference. At this time, we are unable to do 2nd and Next Day Air shipping except by special request (and at additional cost).
