ELIXIR OF HONEY
Initiatic use: energy tonic, nutritive, cheering & warming.
From a classic Rosicrucian text, this is an Elixir of Honey, made entirely from this beautiful gift of the Bees. In Ayurveda, everything is composed of portions of the four worldly elements of earth, water, air & fire- except Saffron and Honey, which are pure Sattva, the element of Spirit, above the earthly materials.
Honey is pure life force, with an amazing array of nutritional properties and a deep, nourishing quality, taken in gladly by our physical and subtle bodies because of its sweet taste. Our Elixir of Honey is sweet and flowery, with the fire of the sun's energy the flowers have captured and given to the bees. It is a wonderful energy tonic, warming and cheering, but not overly stimulating. Like honey itself, this Elixir should not be given to small children or infants. |
