The combination of all three ancient elixirs is uplifting and expansive, and brings energy upward to connect with the higher self, the subtle sacred heart of our physical being.

Element #79 on the Periodic Table, Gold (Au) is a soft, yellow metal and is probably the first pure metal known to man. Gold has exhibited anti-cancer properties, and helps the body repair damaged arthritic joints and cartilage. Gold helps with brain functions, depression, despair, fear, frustration, drug and alcohol addictions, melancholy, sorrow, anguish, seasonal attitude disorders, burns, circulatory problems, and obesity. Gold is very helpful in promoting deep REM sleep which is when our bodies regenerate and heal the fastest.

Frankincense Oil has been used for thousands of years to treat a wide range of conditions including syphilis, rheumatism, respiratory and urinary tract infections, skin diseases, as well as digestive and nervous complaints. It is a powerful bile stimulant, but is seldom used internally in todayÔø_s world, though formerly it was in great repute. Myrrh has a long history of use as both a healing and sacred plant. The resin from the Myrrh tree is used as an antibiotic and cleanser, and is an Ayurvedic Rasayana for the blood and female system. It helps destroy any putrefaction or infection, remove old stagnant or infected fluid, and catalyze new tissue growth. Myrrh is a bitter tonic and strong detoxifier, and acts in a more balanced way than other bitter detoxifiers such as Goldenseal. These actions of removing the stagnant and purifying the body are the same on the higher levels, where it is used to dispel repressed emotions and purify the subtle energy channels. Spiritually, Myrrh represents recognition of & perseverance through one's destiny, even if it is painful or difficult. Learning from and assimilating our painful experiences to become the strongest parts of character is the lesson that Myrrh can help with.

Usage: A couple drops daily on the tongue (does burn slightly the first couple of times ) provides a wonderful sense of wellbeing.
